Good
Great hotel, with a wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar with spectacular views. Excellent location. Easy walk to town and harbour. We actually saw the northern lights from our room.
We were on the 7th floor directly underneath the bar and restaurant. It was really noisy until late into the night

Location is amazing, bay view, they have a rooftop, breakfast was very good with many options. The room was comfortable.
They don't have restaurant for diner.

Location is terrific, staff very nice. Great Sky Bar with an excellent view from the top floor.
I heard quite a bit of noise from the hotel hallway & adjacent rooms in the morning, which was really annoying and woke me up earlier than I needed to be up. Also, the hotel is very simple, which was fine for me, just important to know that the rooms are very basic.

Really nice location, across from bus stop 5. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The lockers for your luggage were very convenient.

Location is perfect! Next to a tour bus stop and walking along the shore, as well as a nice shopping and restaurant area
Didn't like the shower divider-the whole room gets wet and we aren't even big people

Breakfast was good, location to town was great,walkable, and room the view was absolutely beautiful.
Only 2 downfalls was the shower. It is not a shower stall. Everything in the bathroom gets wet and you have to squeegee the floor dry and then dry with a towel. The hotel is noisy but not noisy where you can’t sleep.

It was close to the walking areas of town
Pool/hot tubs not available without spa fee. The room was sooooo hot and we had no controls in our room. I could hear people using the hairdryer in the next room. The staff was very cool and did not help.

The wait staff at the completely empty lounge/bar told us we couldn't sit at two tables with a view. They had reservations in an hour and said they were reserved. We were the first and ONLY customers in the bar for over an entire hour. In fact, the elevator was locked out of the eighth floor until we asked for access.
