Breakfast in the Sky Bar was absolutely excellent. Front desk was very helpful.
We were originally assigned an undesirable room on the 1st floor between a bathroom and the staff break room. After so much noise from the lobby on our 1st night (exhausted after long journey), we spoke to a WONDERFUL front desk clerk named ROCIO who was extremely helpful and reassigned us to a new room away from the noise. Thank you, Rocio!

Excellent location! The room wasn’t overly large but the bed was comfortable and clean. The Sky lounge was great and had an amazing view. Highly recommend this establishment!

The location was good. You can get a room with a view of the bay and mountains. It was a short walk from the center and boat tours.
The windows were very dirty, so the good view couldn't be appreciated. The showerhead seemed to be blocked, resulting in a weak stream. Also, when taking a shower, water got everywhere due to the door design.

Ocean views are amazing! Room was a good size and comfortable. Very happy there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast was good, location to town was great,walkable, and room the view was absolutely beautiful.
Only 2 downfalls was the shower. It is not a shower stall. Everything in the bathroom gets wet and you have to squeegee the floor dry and then dry with a towel. The hotel is noisy but not noisy where you can’t sleep.

The wait staff at the completely empty lounge/bar told us we couldn't sit at two tables with a view. They had reservations in an hour and said they were reserved. We were the first and ONLY customers in the bar for over an entire hour. In fact, the elevator was locked out of the eighth floor until we asked for access.

It was really close to the city centre which was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing.
It is a basic hotel with not many facilities.

Location very close to Harpa convention center and also the bus stop for excursions pick up. The bar at the rooftop is also nice.
The looks and feels of the room were, diplomatically put, very uninviting. Uneven, cold floor, "not beautiful" walls and curtains, rather dated furniture, open-type wardrobe with a few hangers, poor lighting concept, pretty dated bathroom facilities... not what you'd expect from a modern 4-star house, esp. for the price paid. Breakfast was not included and overpriced. No good options to hang the towel to dry, and ventilation/heating were not that good either

Great hotel, with a wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar with spectacular views. Excellent location. Easy walk to town and harbour. We actually saw the northern lights from our room.
We were on the 7th floor directly underneath the bar and restaurant. It was really noisy until late into the night
