Poor
The one bedroom with balcony as well as washer & dryer was spacious. The location is close to the Art Museum and not far from restaurants.
It was an unexpectedly stressful stay The numerous lighting and heating buttons were super confusing. Even the staff themselves did not fully know how they worked.
The lift opens to our apartment only. When we checked in, no one informed us that we should not close the door on the way out or we would be locked out. We only found out later on from another receptionist who delivered a heater to us.
The heating in the living and dining areas was poor throughout our stay. The heating buttons never raised the temperature to the desired level, and the heaters only made a small part of the dining room warm.
And to top it off, the sliding wardrobe doors broke the night before we checked out. The very nice handyman worked hard to help but could not fix the problem. Luckily he opened the door wide enough for us to retrieve our items for check out.
The hotel did give us a small refund. But frankly even a full refund could not make up for the stress and constant bad surprises we experienced.
The stay really spoiled our first visit to Iceland.

Very nice apartment- exceptionally spacious, clean, and well appointed. After staying in cozy European hotel rooms, it was a treat! The location is great- near many restaurants and shops and a couple bus stops.
The gentleman who checked us in showed us up to the apartment and demonstrated several features- useful especially with regard to the high-tech lighting. We had a couple issues after that: the cleaner left the door ajar so that anyone with access to the building could have entered, and after my husband mistakenly thought checkout was at noon instead of 11, we were told at 11:25 that it would cost an additional €250 to extend the checkout time until noon. We avoided the extra cost by scampering out of there.

The property is located within easy walking distance of plenty of downtown venues, restaurants and shops. The furniture is very comfortable, the room was very quiet even though it is right on a busy street . The kitchen is very appointed and very well stocked with snacks/beverages ( to purchase) which made it very convenient if you like to have a meal in the apartment ! Plus they have a great espresso machine in lobby to make your own cappuccinos etc !

Reserving a parking space in garage and having ease of use thru garage door opener in and out was wonderful. No matter the weather it is definitely worth the cost to pay for indoor garage parking. Quick access from parking to room was fantastic. No worries about street parking when you reserve parking thru hotel.
There was late night street noise but it didn't bother us and certainly not something the hotel can prevent. It is a lively area and just something to keep in mind for light sleepers. There was no disturbance of noise coming from within the hotel.

The room was so hot. We had every window open including the balcony door all night. But still so hot that we couldn’t sleep. I asked to turn down the heat but was told it was t possible. It was 25C!

The apartment was large and very luxurious. It was centrally located to restaurants and shopping and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we could have asked for and beautifully decorated with luxurious decor and modern amenities.

If you want to stay at the classiest place in Reykjavik, look no further. We felt so well taken care of, which is exactly what you want when visiting another country. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for the kitchen to eat quick meals. The mini bar had an amazing wine selection. It was great having both a washer and dryer because our luggage was lost by the airlines. We only had two sets of clothes so it was a lifesaver. Germán (I hope I'm spelling that right) was spectacular. He remembered that we spoke about liking our room cold, which can be difficult with the heated floors. When we got back after a very long day, someone had turned down our beds and opened a couple of windows so our room was the perfect temperature for us. That's the kind of service that makes some want to come back to a place. I highly recommend staying here.
The only thing that could have been a tiny bit better would have been slightly more instruction on the washer and dryer, but we did figure it out. Other than that, it is hard to see a way they could improve. Just keep doing everything you are doing!

High end accommodations. Personally guided from garage to room. Fantastic location - walked all around Reykjavik. Parking garage in building 100% worth it--only a few spaces, though, so book via message at reservation.
