The apartment is in a great location to restaurants and bars, it has great decor and is clean and comfortable. We chose a penthouse apartment with balcony is case the northern lights made an appearance and the certainly did!
Coffee was great, shower was lovely and hot, I would recommend it.

Hotel was located in a great location, close to multiple bus stops and right on one of Reykjavíks main streets. It was clean and had all necessary utilities.
The codes weren’t so easy to enter on the entrance to apartments.

The location was fantastic and room was perfectly quiet. The kitchenette was comprehensive with cutlery/pans/basic cooking supplies, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was really nice. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location: short walk from everything we wanted to see in Reykjavik. Check in and check out was very easy. Luggage storage the morning we arrived was accessible. The room was comfortable and very well appointed. Had all kitchen supplies we could want and a very nice kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and answered questions promptly.

Absolutely loved the convenience and location of the property. Also, it was chic, stylish, and completely inviting while we stayed there.
The pictures on the website were a bit misleading. I’d say take more pics to show every single room in its entirety. Also, the pullout sleeper couch (that is advertised as a bed) absolutely horrible. It’s wildly uncomfortable- even with a mattress pad. Please replace that or get a larger mattress pad to use atop it. This was incredibly disappointing.

Breakfast was delicious and the location could not be more central and convenient. We could walk everywhere from the hotel.

Great location.
Location was too busy and not quiet. Couldn't sleep due to foot traffic and local bars. Room was too small, breakfast was stale and low quality.

Great location, clean property and easy to restock anything we ran out of. Having a security guard at night was nice. Everything worked great.
Contacting the property was diffictult. It felt like it was a call center that was not actually familiar with the property.
The pictures of the rooms on booking.com were much bigger than our actual room. We had booked the most expensive reservation we could see and our room was no where in the photos of the property. I was very disappointed and felt deceived. As nice as this was, I will probably book elsewhere when we return because of this.

Fabulous location! There is food, bars and shopping steps away. The BSI terminal is a 15 minute walk. We had issues with sound on the TV, reached out and issue was easily resolved.
