Central location, quirky hotel with nice art features and smart rooms. Breakfast was limited and the staff advised to eat outside as not part of our package
We had a bedroom at the front of the hotel and we didn't sleep till 3am due to the weekend partying and shouting outside. The room was also really hot/stuffy as no air conditioning. Staff did eventually give us a fan which helped.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the Old Harbor. Hotel beds were super comfortable, shower pressure was terrific. Would definitely stay again. Small thing - Just wish they had firmer pillows.
It was a bit noisy being in the center of town. Only an issue if you kept the windows open.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was very clean and well laid out. The building is great.
The noise from the parties in the street went on all night every night. the noise from above rooms were very loud and did keep you awake as well as the noise from the parties in the neighbourhood.

Bed was very comfy, location was excellent - we didnt have any issues with noise even on a Saturday night - you do hear a little noise but nothing more than you would expect from the location
no big issues just a few little points - lack of plug sockets only had one in the bathroom and one under the desk, our fridge also wasnt on. Room was lovely and clean the only exception is that our sink tap was a little bit dirty (very minor)

Friday night was noisy with a nightclub and a wedding. the manager moved us to a quiet penthouse suite and it was lovely and quiet

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Having an option for breakfast was good and there was a small but good continental selection. We used the sauna area, small but enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal for a stay in Reykjavik. Every place we needed to access was within walking distance.
The only drawback is probably outside of the hotel's control. Our room backed onto the building beside the hotel where on Saturday night there was a rave/dance night. The noise made it impossible to rest until the function ended.

Check-in was quick and simple. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location and easy to get around the city with local restaurants close by as well as the bus stop for excursions right outside.

breakfast was very nice....welcoming and interesting room for breakfast. the lounge/living room is also very welcoming and location is amazing...a cute hotel
the cleaning service was a bit off... cleaning products were left in our room twice. the crew didnt get to our room until late in the day to clean... after 3 pm... but all in all these were not issues with us...
