The room was spacious and attractive and the view lovely
Dining room was attractive with many windows and food surprisingly fresh and well prepared for a hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful
Entry court is not attractive. Set up for cars. Needs a nice front door at least
Lobby has Mexican decor which looks ridiculous
Further outside of Reykiavik then I thought, best if you have a car or your own.
Hot tub area not good enough for price of hotel

Very clean room, lovely staff and very good restaurant. The location was perfect to hit the road without being stuck in Reykjaviks traffic.

Lovely location, not too far from Reykjavik city center but far enough for a nice quiet stay. Beds were nice and comfortable and bathrooms kept clean.

Lovely hotel, stayed on the last night of our Iceland trip with my girlfriend. Booked the suite (with the bathtub in the bedroom). The spa & fitness were really nice.
The restaurant was amazing and quite fairly priced for Iceland standards.
I must say the equipment is a little outdated & faulty: the bathtub water drain cap could not be reopened; the dimming lights in the room flickered constantly or stayed only dim. The hot water had a sulfur odor, quite unpleasant.
The restaurant service was a little slow because the poor receptionist was also a waitress.

I am still waiting for a response for my refund as i was overcharged for a room service meal. The lady at the front desk said it will take 24 hours and its been how many days and nothing. I sent an email still no response. Pls advise asap

The room was a little warm for our taste due to heated floors. Those are necessary in though, so we understand.
