Even though there is a good public transport facility, It's difficult to get something after 12.

Easily accessible and very close to downtown Reykjavik.
The water really smelled bad. I had also stayed in the apartments across from this one and the water didnt smell in those ones so this was disappointing. There also wasnt a dish drying rack or basic condiments such as pepper.

There were bed bugs !!!! It was very dirty, the apartment was quite small. It was just so disgusting. Those photos of the aparmtnet were so deceiving. All a lie.

The customer service was always responsive. They were really helpful.
Lack of maintenance and poor security control! Toilet seat was broken! The most ridiculous thing was someone used the same given digi code entered our apartment during our stay and claimed it was their room!

Close to Bonus store. Free laundry with great smelling detergent. Our room on the third floor had a nice view. Well furnished, and both beds and sleeper sofa were comfortable. Overall, great stay!
Check in via Booking.com was difficult - we arrived after hours due to a late arriving flight, and had to call the 24-hour emergency number to get the PIN number to enter the building. We did not receive a code like we expected to. Despite the late time of day, they were kind, helpful, and prompt on the phone.

Modern, clean, appliances, comfortable sleeping, good en suite bathroom with shower. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Not far from Reykjavk - an easy daily drive if required
