It is far from the center si it is not as busy.. the front desk personnel are really helpful and will help you out

For the price this facility is excellent! The location is perfect in my opinion because it’s right off a main road which is easy access from the airport and about 10 minutes drive into Reykjavík city center. Parking is free and you park right outside of the entrance to the hotel, which is very convenient after exploring all day the last thing you want to do is to look for parking when you come back to your hotel.
The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered in the morning has something for everyone. Eggs, bread, coffee, yogurts with cereal and oatmeal. I find it to be very good value, and I it’s very likely I’ll stay again when I return to explore more of Iceland.
Nothing. It’s not the Ritz, it’s very simple but that is what you pay for.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always a great experience and the food was fresh with a diverse selection. The room was clean and comfortable with a large shower. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

Perfect middle point between the city and the airport, without being in the middle of nowhere. The staff is very nice specifically the lady at the receptionand that is worth noting because we experience a lot of unfriendliness and apathy throughout the country in our 12 days stay
It was noisy and we could hear people at the lounge and outside and next door. Breakfast is simple.

A huge thank you for letting me store my luggage while I went out on my tour before my official check-in. This allowed me to fully enjoy the day unbothered. The breakfast was great, even for someone like me, with a gluten allergy. Best of all, has to be the location and connection with the bus company.
I have no complaints.

Easy location to find; convenient to any road you want in or out of Reyk; easy ample parking; adequate breakfast; really comfortable bedding; quick response on phone or email before the trip; and what more could you want? This hotel truly has it! Staff are all willing to help and anticipate client needs but Barbara goes above and beyond-her recommendations are outstanding! She’s an excellent listener and familiar with travelers’ needs! Barbara is a genuine professional in the travel and tourism industry!

Initial bartender/reception woman was really amazing. She gave great advice and very friendly.
It was just ok. Not very comfortable. The shower stall isnt a stall and it was impossible to keep the water contained to the shower. Water got all over the floor.
