The hostel was really clean and welcoming. The lady made cake in the evening which was lovely and the property has tea and coffee , yogurt, juice and milk to enjoy
The beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen and dining area was very small for the amount of guests staying for the use during the evening and the breakfast.

The host was very friendly and explined everything when we checked in. Very quiet area. Large clean rooms. The shared bathroom was large and clean. The kitchen area was well stocked.

Such a cool place! Set in amazing surroundings! The guy who runs is is so nice and chatty, Im sure he speaks about 10 languages. He was very helpful and his enthusiasm about the hostel is infectious, the amenities are great, the kitchen was very clean and so organised! There were plenty of bathrooms which were also very clean, the bedroom was a perfect size for me and my mum and the beds were very very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely sit down in the kitchen in the evening youll get a surprise!!

We spent two nights at Skyrhusid, which was more like a guesthouse than a hostel. We had a clean and comfortable room with a view of the mountains, and the shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean.
The kitchen had limited space for the number of people using it but it still worked well and we appreciated the dishwasher. The Manager was very lovely,
friendly and helpful. It was also a great place to see the Aurora due to its remote location. Saying that, it was still only 15 minutes drive to Jkulsrln Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. All in all, a great place to stay.

Room was much bigger than expected. Plenty of bathrooms. Very quiet after hours and beautiful location! Would definitely stay here we visit this area again.
Maybe have some herbal decaffeinated teas in the kitchen for your guests at night.
