Easy check in and heated flooring.
There was no Wi-Fi available on the day of checkout, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the atmosphere of the place did not feel as cozy as I had hoped. Given the price we paid, I expected a higher level of comfort and amenities.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful view, and I cooked a great dinner in the kitchen. Laundry room was great. Easy walking to the botanical garden and to the harbor along a walking tour path.
There was nowhere to dump our garbage outside the room, and I did not get an answer when I asked where to dump it.
The look of the apartments outside could be made less austere and institutional looking if it were not 100 percent white, and they just added a little trim color.

A lot of huge spider webs outside, so felt like the outdoor was not cleaned ever. Wish there was more toiletries available or kitchenware.

Panoramic views from the terrace. 10min walk to the city center. Easy parking.
The room was extremely hot and it was impossible to cool it down even with cross ventilation. No fan in the facilities. Old, dated furniture. No coffee machine. Bathroom needs restoration.

Very clean, contemporary and well appointed units. Loved there was laundry available in the 3 bedroom and by the offices for our studio unit. Also loved that there was a Murphy bed in the studio so two travelers do not need to share a bed. Auto fill hot tubs with a view were a bonus.
A little farther out from the center of town than we would have preferred.
