Location was nice, room was good though poorly appointed. Food was good too
No power back up, they just have inverter which gives no power to sockets, half a day, no power, no water. Owners and staff simply shrugged it off. Instead of offering compensation, they added arbitrary charges for late check out and room update. They don't seem to have any concept of customer satisfaction. In the super luxury room too, no side lamp, telephone was fixed next to the TV, so everytime you have to get up from bed to use intercom.

Well where do I begin it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, the place is a beautiful old building which has been renovated to a high standard. It’s got a beautiful roof terrace restaurant with views and ambient lights. it’s lovely on the evening to sit up there when it cools. Swimming pool and cozy rooms with large bathrooms the beds are super soft. The staff are amazing and so attentive with smiles. delicious food with room service. Shopping mall 2 minutes walk and plenty of stalls around to fill your day. And I couldn’t quite believe the price to stay here compared to other places very well valued! I hope this place gets the attention it deserves.
