Property is not facilitating as per 4 star rating. Poor sanitation, dirty towels and bath wear. Not even getting hot water. Bad mattress not even comfortable as per standards. Totally disappointed with this property.

We are coming for our honeymoon very delight property with all 5 star aminities. They have spa and pool game zone and lawn and beautiful aravali view . They arrange candle light dinner for us . Staff was very polite . We want to visit again thank you valley view resort

The food was very good . Specially lal mas . Enjoyed our stay . Location was superb, as no need to go inside town , if you are laking in route halt .

Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I really liked Disha as she put extra efforts to help me out, and helped me getting a cab late evening with such ease. The staff at the hotel are exceptional. True Indian values can be seen at the hotel as they treat their guests exceptionally. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Disha for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

1)Staff was ignorant.
2) WiFi wasn't working during our entire stay
3) Housekeeping wasn't responding to what was asked,wanted to get toiletries however they sent tea.
4) Basic amenities weren't there like towels,toilet roll,had to ask for them and that too took quite some time to provide these.
5) Roof was open just at the entrance of room.
