Centrally located. However due to New Years Eve, roads to old city were blocked. Spent an hour going round & round trying to get to this place. We had to give up on our car and rented an auto to get here.
For Rs 1900 per night that we paid, the property didn’t offer any amenities at all. There were no towels. No toiletries or hand wash soap was provided. Bed sheets weren’t white. Blanket didn’t have cover. There was no one to assist us with our luggage and we had to carry it upstairs to second level. No lift or elevator. Requested for electric kettle to boil water, but our request was denied. Instead they provided hot water in a stove top kettle. It required periodic refill. When we requested for a refill, the owner asked us to come and get it ourselves from the roof terrace. There was no such thing as room service. I felt like I was a servant in his house. Very noisy in the morning with kids yelling & crying. The owners seemed like nice people but they need to put more effort into making this a comfortable stay for guests. In an effort to maximize profits, they’re ruining the experience for guests.

The owner are very nice and helpful

We had a great stay at Nandini's Guest House! The room was clean and spacious, and the family running the place are very kind and helpful. They helped us to organize a driver for sightseeing and to the airport. The location is perfect for sightseeing, close to the Palace, Temple and Tibetan Market. There are loads of restaurants and cafes and shops right on your doorstep. There was a bit of a drain smell coming from the bathroom, but we kept the door shut and the fan on regularly and it wasn't too noticeable. Overall a fantastic place to stay, we would highly recommend!

If you're va very light sleeper I wouldn't recommend..I could hear building work at 5am, from my room. It was just block moving but you can hear everything.

The location is 5 minutes to the city palace and Jagdish temple and under 10 minutes to Pichole lake and several restaurants and coffee shops.
The hosts are super friendly and welcoming.
They provide soap, towel and toilet paper.
There is a small shop just outside of the alley on the left side and they are really friendly and have anything you need.
The Internet did not work, at least in our room. There is a signal but it is very very slow almost nothing of speed. Hopefully they fix that to be the best place in Udaipur.
