Lake view hotel...place is very pleasant.
We had booked from booking.com and it was showing a lake view room but when we reached they said it was not as shown on the website.
Despite many requests they somehow allotted us side lake views(lakes were visible from one window - for that also we had to bend to see the lake.
Then as our plan extended, we requested for an extension of one day in the same or proper lake view room. Earlier they assured us that they will surely provide but at the last moment they ditched and allotted us twin beds to a couple which was very disappointing and disgusting. As we had plans further so we agreed.
But one thing we can say is that they are very opportunist.

Location in the old town is excellent. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and dinner. Super view. The two lads in the restaurant being Lalu and the chef went over and beyond. The room had a great view , clean but not overly spacious.

I love staying at this Haveli. In 10 years it has never disappointed. Great location for the Old City. Clean and comfortable. Exceptionally helpful staff. Thank you!
The rooftop restaurant is a gem, but this year the evening restaurant ambience and food was not up to it's usual standard

Jaiwana is tucked away in the old part of the city. The view from our room and the terrace is just stunning. The staff work hard to make your stay special and memorable. Communication with us was early. English is very good. Gave us information about what to see and do. Breakfast and the food was lovely, terrace is just a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. They helped with laundry. Organised for Aslam to take us on a TukTuk tour out of the city, this was an excellent day exploring the lakes and sights. Aslam did an excellent job and made the day fun. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, an elegant building close to the lake. There was a nice view from the comfortable bedroom and a superb panorama from the restaurant on the roof. We were there for the noisy New Year celebrations but despite all that, the room was quiet and sleep was good. Irshad and the team spoke excellent English and were helpful to the last degree. Fascinating conversation too! A lovely experience which I would happily repeat.

The Haveli is close to various main attractions. Right next to lake Pichola. View from the room was amazing. It was a partial lake view. I loved staying in Jaiwana Haveli. The staff is courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who visits Udaipur.

This is a very charming, highly comfortable and well managed haveli located in the heart of Udaipur 'old district'. The hotel manager is very helpful and informative. The rooftop restaurant offers good food and stunning sunrise and sunset views. It is a very pleasant, restful place to return to in the evening after a busy day of sightseeing.
There was nothing I disliked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed. Their warmly hospitality really helped us relax after a long trip. Thank you so much for giving us a nice room as we were with our 1 y/o daughter. We will come back again.

Any question or request was no trouble. They showed the Indian saying 'Guest is God' still holds true.
The views from our room and the rooftop restaurant were second to none.
Their on call driver Aslam was exceptional, he treated us as one of his family.
