Exceptional service and amenities. Loved this place felt comfort like home. Suitable for those who seek peaceful and safe stay. Friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended. They take orders for breakfast, breakfast is very delicious home-made breakfast.
The only downside for me was that they don’t have black coffee choice for breakfast.

The property was so neat and clean, they have maintained it so beautifully….it is affordable and a perfect stay ..the owners were so polite and friendly … we were so impressed.Even the staff was helpful. The property is beautiful.

The rooms and the whole place was as exactly as it was in the images. The owner - Avinash Nigam uncle was so welcoming and assisted me and family in everything. It was our first time as a family coming out of our state but we felt it like home away from home as Avinash uncle too mentioned.

The quiet of the place as had stayed more central and the noise and incessant honking plus a bad hotel experience forced me to find another place!
The breakfast was individually priced...found this to be a little over the top! Most homestays, have a set price for a breakfast, which was usually 300 rupees..this included fruit, tea o coffee, toast, butter/jam/ cereal or eggs! Here the breakfast was priced separately. and two pieces of toast that were sent up, with everything spread on them, were charged at 90 rupees..way too much...in my opinion! No where to walk escept one restaurant close which was fairly pricey! If you went into central it was a cost of 600 rupees a day which together with the meals adds up!

Stay is literally another home away from home. Surrounded by birds and plants give next level vibes. Host is quite welcoming and even provided us early checkin. Basic tea milk available anytime for buy. Nearby walking shops for medical, confectionery etc. School at back side gives little nostalgia. Easy taxi access.

The stay was so neat and cozy with all the facilities and ambience of a typical Homestay which justifies their name. Had a great time at the place. The person working there was so friendly and helpful in all ways.
Wasn’t able to access the hot water at some times which was the only drawback as the climate was so cool.
