Beautiful property with heritage charm. Nice gardens and two pools. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Staff all amazing. We had a great time there away from the city noise but only 5 min drive from the old town. Activities for the kids (archery, shooting) were a nice and unexpected plus to the trip. Highly recommend.

The location is outside this city which is a plus for the quite but need to have transport to reach the city center and old city. Service is good. The food is great.
The breakfast can have more options to suit all guests.

This is a brilliant boutique hotel on a huge property. The property itself is beautiful and looks like an old haveli- the views from the rooms and the rooftop is outstanding. On a clear day you can see Sajjangarh from there. Loved the gardens and the size of the rooms. No issues with hot water and the breakfast was also quite nice.

I liked the property being away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still near enough to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and did everything for you. Water is excellent as heated with solar panel. My daughter wanted to stay forever.

Food was very good. One of the gentleman at reception was great with kids. Property has impressive grounds and views. Drinks prices are pretty good for a hotel.
Room we were given was on third floor - chairs being dragged at night (restaurant directly above on fourth floor) and lift shaft being next to us kept us awake for several hours. To top it off someone decided to have a long conversation in the corridor which due to size and construction design results in a lot of echo.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fateh Niwas. The property is middle of nice landscape and is very peaceful. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast very much unlike the standard buffet breakfast

If you happen to stay at any place in old city and then come here you definitely will miss the vibe. Its a very quiet place away from the city hustle. There isn't much around to entertain yourself(you will need a ride to go around). The staff was pleasant and courteous, but service at the restaurant was very slow. Food was pretty good, loved the Laal Maas they served. Its a place , if you like extreme quietness or you go ingroup and have good company .
The hotel charged us Rs.60 for every glass of milk we ordered for my toddler(20 months old) given the food for children below age 2 is free of cost, I was quiet taken aback by this gesture. When we brought this to notice they said they charge half for toddler. so on a regular basis that would be Rs.120 for a glass of milk , really!!

Beautiful well-maintained garden surrounding the property, historic artefacts and furniture adding a retro flair to the property, spacious and clean room and bathroom, good ventilation, view over Monsoon Palace from the balcony, roof-top terrace/swimming pool. But most importantly - very attentive and friendly/polite staff, who were very accomodating when it came to our requests.
