Very over priced and over hyped property. We stayed here with our pet for 2 nights and 3 days for which we paid 42 thousand plus, that included only breakfast. The room assigned was absolutely disgusting, unhygienic with cob webs everywhere, old, broken and stinky. The bathroom was in horrible condition with the flush not working, rusted and leaky shower faucets, the exhaust fan was not working either. The Aircon right beside the bed was noisy due to which we couldn't have a sound sleep for 2 nights! The refrigerator in the room was not working either due to which the food we carried for our pet was spoilt! The breakfast spread is disappointing! The service is very very poor. On ordering an omelette which is the only option for non-veg breakfast, it arrived after half hour by when it was cold and rubbery! On ordering room service, they have to be reminded a few times before the order actually arrives. Over all it was a very disappointing and horrible experience where we spent a lot to relax and enjoy, but it turned out to be stressful and disappointing. It's not at all worth the money and hype. Infact the reviews seem to be fake because our experience was totally the opposite. Mr Prem Mishra the manager is absolutely laid back and it shows in the attitude of the team and the condition of the poorly maintained resort!! The manager is not there to arrange the comfort of the guests stay but to just earn his salary and it shows! I donot recommend spending on this resort. It is better to go and stay in a Lodge instead. Also they charged 1500 for pet and also additional 700. They inspect the room while you leave only to see what additional they can charge you but ironically they never inspect the room to see the condition of the facilities.

I really like the property gad a feeling of came to different world which is close to nature,Location was fabulous the way staff took care of me & my friends is really appreciated Food was delicious too... Each & every thing was taken care very properly Excellent service... Special Thanks to Nitin ji who helped in every way since we did the booking till the checkout Its Really good to have such positive person working for people who does their Job very effectively

Idea of ECO resort, Location, staff, environment, Food.
While calling themselves as ECO resort, I was not able to digest the idea of having breakfast tea in a paper cup. They even do not have tissue paper in the toilet and it is written 27000 trees are cut every day to make tissue paper. And using paper cups to serve the tea in the restaurant.

Staff was excellent and courteous despite significant crowd. Very supportive in terms of requirements, helpful for kids and ensured we had fun in all the activities. They went above and beyond for us. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable with beautiful view of the lake. They provided us heaters as we were feeling cold and additional bed for our kid at no extra cost. Activites were wholesome, varied and exciting. Location is on the highway, so very convenient, and also close to Trimbakeshwar Temple. The New Year Gala dinner was also very nice, with good arrangements for music, food stalls and beverages (amazing Sangria!)

The resort is good. The places is large and green.
I would suggest that alternative solutions for preventing mosquitoes and insects. Instead of using chemicals like ‘goodnight’ etc, organic solutions can be tried Not good value for money

This property is become like our go to place every year, this trip being our 3rd trip to Grape County. The place is so beautiful, away from the city life. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away from their busy stressful lives and unwind. The staff specially Nitin from the restaurant made sure we were welcomed and treated us with a lot of care.
