Location was good
Room given to me was uncomfortable. N non veg was not fresh. Food quality on non veg was not good..orders are not taken properly.dental kit was not available.bathroom was smelling no proper ventilation . N proper billing instruction was not given....not worth stay for my money i think so....other options in nsk are much good

property has a very good location neat and clean rooms
just want them to be more organise so people get check in on time the sky rooms wre so hot need to do something about the AC and fans in sky room.. we got a late check in ac was not upto the mark room was not getting cooler we waisted half of our day to get check in and them a room change. offcourse they gave us a good room later but v lost half day in coordinating. new room there wre no body wash filled it was empty. water suddenly stops in the morning v wre late for beeakfast.

the problem was we got 1.5 hours late checkin firstly with no apologies stating they had a wedding day before and rooms were v unclean the bedsheets were shabby and the room ac wasnt working for which we had to call them again and again on top of all the wifi is working v intermittent over there the staff looked completely lost laid back and untrained! wouldnt go again for sure

We like that the property had lot of activities to do like boating, kayaking, horse-riding, etc
The garden patio condos was far away from main reception which caused the services to be slow. It would take at least 1:30 hours for food to be delivered as mentioned on the menu

Overall scenery and the greenery all around
a) The breakfast was cold and the service was poor. When asked for a strong tea without sugar, had to wait for 30 minutes and on escalation to the Restuarant Manager was told that readymade tea with sugar is only available and the Ala-carte for the order will open at 12 PM. b) The check-in support lady was rude and discourteous. c) Paid around 30K for a night stay for an extremely poor overall experience. d) The villa is owned by someone else and is put up on rent by the hotel. The villa was actually around a kilometre away from the reception area and with no connectivity. e) The linen was dirty and bed bugs present. f) The caretaker and others were talking all night and faced lot of disturbance with poor sleep. g) There seem to be a security issue as did not feel confident to leave children alone in the villa during the night and go for a walk. Even walking in the night was a challenge as few dogs were there who were constantly barking. h) No proper mobile and wi-fi connectivity were there. Poor network connectivity. i) When entered the property, the bins were full of smelly garbage from the previous stay. j) When asked for a tea as no kettle or readymade tea-bags were available, caretaker said that need to pay INR 30 first for each cup and he needs to arrange the milk which may take around 45 minutes. k) Since the property is 1 km. away it is practically impossible to commute to the hotel for any recreational activity at any time of the day or night. l) At High tea site, no tea without sugar available and the tea was served in small plastic cups which were difficult to hold once the tea was filled. m) Found the entire villa extremely unhygienic and dirty with several insects and bugs all around. n) Has requested a pick-up for the morning nature walk at 6:30 on the 24x7 mobile no. provided. Received no response even after 24 hours of the message being sent. o) Was not informed about the bonfire activity at 8 PM -previous day which the kids missed

The restaurant service is very slow. They took 1.5 hours to bring one single order of dish. The management was unable to take the load.
