We reached by 12 noon and had to go immediately for lord Balaji darshan but there was no water.
The rate of room he charged was rs 1110, whereas it was mentioned 499 non AC and 999 with ac
He didn't allowed us to use AC, beds were not clean, lot of mosquito in room, no soap towel.
We checked out at 9.30 pm didn't stay but paid till amount.
Request others pls do not go to this property there are many other options which pls explore.
This was very shabby and he charged us double rate it was so bad we checked out because when we spoke with the employee he said I don't know anything pls speak with my manager but he was not available at all.
Shabby rooms and charges were double that too without ac.

The value that is mentioned while booking is different and when we are there they are asking for extra money and the room which we have booked they say we don't have we will give another room which is disappointing this is not good and location is mentioned as it is just 800mts from bus stand but that is not true it is almost 3km from bus stand. The room is on a gully road which is not mentioned properly. We have mentioned the arrival time as 5am but they say we should come to 11am which is not good. Booking.com kindly knows that everyone will come in the morning and if you keep the check in time at 11-12 which is not good, if we come at 5am they say to give extra money.

We want 24 hrs time from the time of check in. But in online booking there is only option 12am to 12pm. From next to plz update the time of check in. For example 10am to next day 9am. This is unexpected. Persons from out door such as chennai can't come at the time of sharp 12am. Plz change this.

Picture of room given and the room alloted was very dirty, spider web hanging and holes were hided by thermocal. When we got room it had dust, mud and hairs all over which was very irritating.

The behaviour of the staff was totally unethical, the room was in very bad condition, there was dampness on the walls of the room, the room was not clean and the toilet seat was broken.
I got into the trap of the staff and paid 500 rupees in advance, otherwise this hotel is not at all suitable for a family to stay.
