pathetic experience. None of the rooms were clean, Bathroom was uncleaned, Staff was not responding. AC was not working. They have taken so much money as well which is not even worth, No toiletries provided. None of the Bedsheet were clean. Bothroom doors broken bathroom window broken and curtain not washed

The staff was polite but otherwise the place was terrible.
The rooms were dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom looked like a govt urinal - it was very dirty. The windows and ceiling had spiderwebs. The floor was so dirty that we cannot walk without slippers. And this place charged 700 per day without A/C. Just a couple blocks away was an OYO room with A/C and super clean charging only 800 per day. So booking MSR lodge was mistake.

It is a budget hotel nearer to station. Approach road is a bit crowded with vehicles but the location is ver;y near to bus stand and railway station
Hotel did not indicate the charges for AC, on request they switch on with an extra charge.
