This place is very close to Padmavathi Temple (around 0.9 km). Though it is located beside a busy junction, you don't hear any traffic at night. A pure veg restaurant (Springs Hotel) at the road end makes it even better.
There were a few cockroaches in the kitchen. A pest treatment will definitely help to get rid of them.

Two rooms in house. One with AC and another with non AC. If both room had AC. It will be enjoying during Stay. Very hot climate.

This is one of the excellent option for all who are visiting Tirupati, it's a private flat I stayed in a 2 bedroom hall kitchen flat perfect in clineness , ower is very polite and cooperative. I enjoyed a lot with my family of 4 adults and one child, pleasent options in flat kitchen well organised 5/5 rating from my side
