Very Poor
The owner of the property doesn't care about the pilgrims and he sets his own price and has his own rights to cancel even if we would have booked our room. He was asking me to cancel and booking.com should unregister this residency from their list to avoid inconvenience to the public

The hotel was decent, but it did not justify the price. The staff’s behavior was very poor.
The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. It felt as though he was doing me a favor by accepting my booking. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bed sheets and bathrooms were not as clean as expected. Hot water for bathing was not consistently available and had to be requested from the staff repeatedly. Overall, the hotel did not provide value for the price charged. The staff’s behavior was disappointing, and I would not recommend this property, as there are several better options available nearby.

television and wifi is not working, manager in the counter is really excellent in communication. Where as the workers are demanding for money.and hotel maintennance has to be improved.Because this location is very good.

We like the room and hotel.
The Room boy not good. They forced to give food to the room on that day night. But that is not good. disappointed.

Rooms were ok
Rude management I was denied room when the reached , saying no rooms, lather when I told I have booking and I will escalate this matter then they gave some room. Everytime those house keepers are asking for money very ill mannered. Such experience Soils the feel of travelling and with family, those management people were behaving like they are providing this service for free.
