Parking is a small issue, only 3 vehicles can park at a time. Room is good, it's near to a big temple walkable distance only 600meter. The name of apartment is ganapathy flats. It situated at the corner of the road.

Building is old but the flat is renovated nicely. Nearer to the temple. Good transaction.
Only problem we faced AC are not worked effectively. Looks like that are new AC but nit worked effectively and I feel it is little expensive than it deserve.

Location: The apartment is very close to the Rajagopuram. Even though there are two bedrooms with attached baths, it appears that it is suitable for family and not for two friends with their spouses.
The property is situated on the main road. The entrance and surrounding areas are dusty. Inside the premises, it is OK. There is no separate kitchen and only a very small area in the living room is designated as the kitchen. A couple of vessels are provided. Quite a few photographs of the property shown on the property booking site appear to be taken from some other premises.

Check in check out time is not suitable for visitors particularly those who commute by train suffer a lot as the train schedule and check in check out time have 5 hours difference, host is not ready to pay attention, very mechanical approach, even when you have a elderly guest

Excellent walkable distance to the temple and auto services are available as early as 4.30-5.00am
The unit itself is very clean, neat and perfect for a family with 2 spacious rooms with each with spacious beds.
The unit too had a spacious hall and fully equipped kitchen with utensils, stove and fridge.
The best of all it's within reach of all amenities especially food outlets. At night there's a food cart offering dosa, idli just at the entrance of the apartment
Special mention of the caretaker Venkatesh who was very warm, friendly, attentive and accommodative.
All in all a perfect location especially for early morning temple darshan and my family had enjoyed our stay.
