Disappointing
I like that the room was clean.
The check-in process takes far too long.
The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were 2 1/2 to 3 star standard.

Very good and tasty food. Very satisfying. Good variety of breakfast
We reached quite late. No bell boys to assist with luggage. Corridor to room was filled with used plates and food.by the rooms.

F&B service (food presentation and taste, ambience, cleanliness and staff courtesy) was excellent. The buffet breakfast spread was excellent.
