Great Location. 24 hour check in and out. I had a pleasant stay. Will recommend for people travelling to Trichy on work basis for a overnight comfortable stay before going to the business
Toiletries are very basic and reflect the management Frugality. Nevermind. It's not a 5 start hotel.

The room service staff are very good and very helpful. I have stayed 3 times.
I have booked through booking.com and confirmed with the reservation lady that I will be checking in early morning at 5 am with a king-size bed. It was confirmed by her, but when I arrived at the hotel, the Front office guys were sleeping, not bothering me. When I woke up they came and started saying that only a single bedroom was available. I said I needed a king-size bed, but the front office regretted giving it. At the same time, he started to argue with me( you can check CCTV). After a long argument, he provided room for me. I was very disappointed with him. He has a very bad attitude.

The Room temparature is a bit cold . Because it is centralised AC, we cannot adjust the temparature of the room.

The location is good as it is near the train junction and bus station surrounded by good restaurants and other good hotels for lodging
They say that the property is getting renovated but it’s an old property, heavy seepage, washrooms are not clean, bedding and pillow covers are not clean, the 2 chairs that they provide in every room was horrible
