The premises were lovely. Mr Sujay and staff are so helpfull, and always ready to assist with questions. Good family hotel. Close to temples and bizzars. Good air con. I stayed longer than I originally booked.
Towels are small, you do have hot water, but shower is cold. Small issue for location.

Clean property at a walkable distance from the Rockfort temple.
Absolutely no dining facilities nearby. Swiggy is your only option. And it’s overcrowded.

Clean, Basic rooms that had everything I needed. The location was perfect to explore the city and the surrounding markets for me as a backpacker. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
It was very nice to receive a bottle of water per day, but in order to save plastic it would be even nicer to have the ability to refill your bottle.

Excellent loction for a traveller who likes to visit places of interest rather than comes to relax. It is in business area and you can have best Udupi restaurants near the Rockfort temple which is some meters away.
The host of Father son Duo were great and guideing you how to travel in the city.

I liked that the property is located at a prime location - walkable distance to some attractions and very close to great restaurants. The staff is friendly and the bedding looked clean. I could easily navigate to the location with google maps.
I think the bathroom could've been more cleaner. The fittings were very old and not very maintained. The bucket wasn't very clean. Hot water required additional charges.
