Buffet breakfast was very good since I had a non indian as guest all variety was served on request and the waiter in dinning area made my guest happy.
Delay in coffee shop as they didn’t have oat milk in the counter.

I stayed here for three nights during Pongal week in 2025, and it was a pleasant and memorable experience. The Pongal decorations with sugarcane and clay pots were lovely, and serving sweet pongal with dinner was a thoughtful festive touch.
The restaurant staff were excellent, special thanks to Rahul and Sulai as well as the others for going the extra mile with great attentive service. The rest of the team, including reception and housekeeping, were equally warm.
As many guests are international visitors, promoting more local culture, temples, traditional foods, crafts, and activities would further enrich the experience. Overall, I had a very good experience

The rooms , ambience And food (Service by Mr Sathya and Mr.Rahul was good)all were great ...but the staff behaviour especially by Mr.Santosh kumar the manager was really rude and horrible....as he chased me down till my cab to confirm if I had already payed for the room (which was taken by him at the time of check in)desptite checking out properly by handing over the key at the reception..causing me Great INSULT !!!(In front of everyone)!!!!
Despite being late for my flight I was pulled in for this investigation of theirs eventhough I told them I payed .
The staffs were really poorly organised from the beginning...
My bags were not brought to me in the right time ...took really long.
I still couldn't believe this has happened to me as I was really happy about everything and ready to Give 5 star rating..and a good Review...but this has turned out to be a nightmare...And I will NEVER STAY in this Hotel ever again.
FYI I thought this hotel was safe was women ..but turned out to be it's not.!!!As was a solo traveller seeking for a comfortable accommodation..but it's just not safe or Comfortable..Staff Experience wise.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast spread was great - wide variety of choices. The staff was super helpful. The overall ambience in the hotel is very nice. Soma bar offered a good place to sit down and relax with friends.

Second time staying here — the staff continue to be genuinely warm, polite, and very helpful.
The manager personally stepped in during check-in and assisted us, which I appreciated.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Good hotel for families visiting temples in and around Trichy
Only two check-in counters but with 3 staffs in each checkin counter (completely inefficient use of resources) which led to a long wait even though I arrived with very tired children. The process was not as seamless as expected for a Marriott property.
The 2-Bedroom Suite description is not clear. Only one bedroom has a full bathroom; the second room is just a powder room. For a family of four who needs to get ready early, this was inconvenient. I would have booked two separate rooms if this was stated clearly.
On the first night, there was a hotel function and the noise from dismantling the tents at 10.30pm was very loud and could be heard in the room. Front desk called me multiple times to check if the noise had stopped, which only woke us up again and again instead of solving the issue directly.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The gentleman at the front gave us a free upgrade for some extra space and also allowed us to do a late check-in at 14:00. Breakfast and dinner buffet selection was excellent.
We walked into the restaurant during lunch hours and the sign said "Buffet Closed" so we went for the a la carte menu. About 10 minutes later it was removed and the buffet was opened. Please change the sign to say "Buffet being prepared thank you for your patience" or something else as the current "Buffet Closed" wording can lead one to think that the buffet is completely closed off.

Food was excellent and the staff were extremely hospitable.
The restaurant had mosquitoes apparently due to the recent rains and this was a bit disappointing. However, the prompt intervention of the catering manager to remedy this as well as the congenial/friendly disposition of Mr. Santosh at the reception more than made up for this glitch and helped in making our stay there a memorable one
