Rude staff , people booking through booking.com had earlier check out time whereas people booking with them directly had late check out time . The reception staff was very rude and misbehaved badly with the women . No great customer service . Any room service would take 30 minutes minimum. Also there was no hot water at the property

The Rockfort temple and Srirengam temples are nearby. The food in the restaurant was nice The aircon was cool and made the stay comfortable as it was a hot summer season.
Needs maintenance of the room and bathroom as they looked rundown. Its noisy and outside the hotel is always congested and crowed as it is located near the bus station They can improve the room service by providing mineral water everyday as the weather was very hot and clean the bathroom/room regularly

Hotel is very old one with ample parking facility. Room size is also big and comforatble. In the room in which we stayed, the flush was not working properly. Morning Breakfast is complementary which is also good. Room Service is good. Hotel needs repainting so that rooms will look little bit bright and ambiance will be good.
Other than the Flush in the Bath room not functioning properly, there is no other issue in the room. Repainting will improve the ambiance of the room.

Room and location were okay
Shower was cold every time and WiFi was so poor. I informed staff but they didn't fix the issue. Overall very poor experience.
