Disappointing
No room service, rooms was exceptional small. The pictures posted are their family rooms and rooms that are slightly bigger, but I was given a room in a budget room price. Cant even open a hand carry luggage and keep. Stayed there 2 nights and on the 2nd night then I was given a bigger room after requesting multiple times as I had 2 big luggage to pack and all.

Room a little cramped, no place to keep/ opened luggage. Food not available in the hotel is a problem for elderly people.

I liked the security guard who helps instantly with our bags.
first do not believe the pictures !!! all fake second so expensive , because the aircond is not working and water pressure extremely bad. the room service too. and its very very run down and bad maintenance.
