Breakfast was great so was the dinner. Location is clearly a winner. An easy stroll for 3km leads you to the landmark Shimla Church.
Very friendly staff. Right from the door to all the people . Extremely courteous.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were also so kind. When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.

Cleanliness and helpful staff. Other facilites, such as gym, activity room etc were also very good.
The hotel is a little distance away from the Mall and walking is not easy. A complimentary hotel shuttle every two hours to the Mall road lift area would be great

I would especially like to recognize Swati, Raghav, Sujata, and Sahil, whose individual efforts truly made our stay memorable.
