We booked delux room but they said it was sold out even after payment of advance amount and at the same price we had to stay at ordinary room at the back side.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful
Only 1 towel. No toilet paper. No toiletries which they claim to provide. For the price id expect better amenities. Was disappointed. Also they called us 4 times asking questions and even knocked on the door twice. I did t appreciate them bugging me all the time when i didnt ask for it. I wouldnt stay here again
