Very Poor
The only thing I like is the view from the room
Miss information provided on the booking description, deceit and misguided information provided by the booking.com and hotels... I have booked an air conditioning room but i was forced to stay in a non air conditioning room because i have pre paid the amount. I have booked a hotel in which booking.com provided a facility of free cancellation but at the time check-in when i was not satisfied with the facilities and wanted to cancel the room but the hotel owner denied free cancellation and didn't returned my amount and with no option left i was forced to stay there. The washroom equipment was very dirty and broken. The blanket provided was dirty and torn.

Rooms are not as mentioned in pics. rooms are so-so.
manager's behavior is rude.
NO TV working in any room.
No Wi-Fi working anywhere.
No parking facilities avl. Parking we had paid 400/- for each car.
800/- for two cars, we paid extra.
Hotel owner charged 790/- extra amount from actual booking amount. Don't know why?

Wonderful
The staff was very generous, supportive & polite. They were always ready for any kind of help let it be arranging a guide to explore Shimla-Kufri or arrange a vehicle to go back to the station. The location was very beautifull and scenes from.room were heart warming.
The room had no balcony, only windows with glass. I would have preferred a room with Balcony to enjoy the views a bit more. All the facilities were excellent just one thing, the TV in the room wasn't working.

The room was clean and very fresh and bright.
The hotel manager and staff are very polite and courteous. Value for money. 10 mins walk to Mall road from shortcut.
The monkeys around the hotel entrance can get scary. Rest no complaints.

I just love the view from this hotel. Rooms are very well maintained.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Food quality is very good. Staff and services are excellent ??. Worth the money ??.I enjoyed a lot and the best thing is the walking distance from mall road is only 10 minutes. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Right from our welcome, to the super fast check-in, the mesmerizing valley view from our room and above all the great hospitality of the staff members left us impressed. Their reception is made in hilly architecture and we were very happy after seeing one of the wooden work lobby. I would especially like to mention the housekeeping for their quick services and at front office for his excellent support for sightseeing. They guided us very well regarding local sightseeing places.Their Breakfast and Dinner has very good taste and you just ask them anything they are ready to serve you hot. The staff is always their to assist you with smiling face. I must say all their staff whether housekeeping , front office or the owner himself always greet you with smiling face and ready to help you. Hotel Shubham is a very beautiful hotel with Valley view where one can spend hours and enjoy view of mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern wooden work. Coming to location, i must say this property is very well situated and its in the heart of shimla which makes this hotel's location best as it is very near to the mall road and all the sight seeing places.A Special thanks to Mr Rajeev (Owner) . Special thanks to hotel Shubham team who left no stone unturned in making our stay a memorable one.Thank you guys!!!!

The location is amazing. Its nearby to all the attractions and the view is just amazing. The best thing is the hospitality of the owner and staff. Our stay was made so comfortable. The food is also very delicious.
