Family suite is very nice for people who travel to Salem.
At the moment,there is a lot of road construction going on,where you lost your time on traffic.

the room was clean, spacious, and very suitable to a big family like me
but, they have changed my booking at last minute from family suite to a normal double room, which my arrangement be in mess, and my family was upset, and we end up paying the same amount even though we cancel one of the double room, which they replace to a family room.. it's not fair.

Rooms and location are good. Staff should be more efficient. Management should provide assistance to the receptionist in the morning time.
Room services to be improved. Correct and final amount should be indicated in the booking confirmation. They added tax manually. I had to pay a different amount

Rooms are good and comfortable. Wifi was not working in the room.
Hotel is good, good location. We checked in late, around 11 pm. After repeated request from all rooms, water, towels glasses etc were not given in time. The receptionist was insisting to pay a different amount. They have added tax manually.

No cleanliness..Hot water didn't come for both the stay days. No proper room service. Very less staff to manage. Stayed in the same hotel a year back. Since it was awesome I booked at the same hotel this time. But had a horrible experience
