My recent stay at Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot, Gujarat, was a truly refreshing experience, especially when compared to a disappointing stay we had at another hotel. Our trip was a mix of leisure, religious visits, and business, and I can confidently say that Quality Inn was the highlight of our travels and stay in Rajkot.
One of the most notable features of Quality Inn, Patria Suites is that it is a pure vegetarian establishment, offering a variety of delicious meal options throughout the day. Their in-house restaurants served a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, making it easy to find something to enjoy. As a vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of the meals offered.
Originally, we planned to stay just one night before continuing our journey, but after such a wonderful experience, we ended up returning for a second stay two days later. The room was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and both the housekeeping and restaurant staff were always eager to assist us with anything we needed.
What really made our time at Quality Inn so memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Tulsi and Nayna at the front desk were always polite, respectful, and professional, even during their busiest times. Additionally, Mr. Ashok Raval (Front office Supervisor at the Hotel) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He took care of our travel and transport arrangements, often at short notice. After returning to Quality Inn from a trip, Mr. Ashok Raval personally handled an issue relating to another Hotel who were unable to process our payment and were causing unecessary inconvenience. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Ashok’s efforts and kindness.
Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot was an absolute delight, with wonderful staff, delicious vegetarian meals, and outstanding service. I will definitely return during my next visit to Rajkot

Location is really nice and more quiet as it is a bit more outside of city. Staff is decent and very friendly. Room offered a lot of space, a fridge and water was provided.
Be aware, this is a marriage location! If there is on, it is noisy! 2 nights I had a lot of noise from the room above me. One night someone with heels was walking from 5am, second night someone moved chairs till 2am. In 2023 I had a much more quiet room which was also away from the street.

The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was a good size with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was okay, but I found the staff hovered around me too much, I like to eat my food in peace and not have a waiter watching my every move.
The bathroom was small but functional. Because it was small, there was a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling and some corners due to a lack of ventilation. This could easily be cleaned with a little bleach and ensuring a ventilator fan is running all the time the bathroom is in use and for 10 minutes after showers. The card access for the rooms is a little odd, as there is a common kitchen/lounge area, a card must be in the slot for the lights, etc to work. It means your access card could be left in a common area used by others, so it's not great for security.
