- Restaurant is okay.
- Unprofessional manager, things he knows everything about world.
- Opening the room doors is task, they are stuck (expanded due to wood being moist) and the room smells like moist wood.
- Had to change room because apparently the Mr know it all manager forgot to see which rooms I booked.

Previous week i enjoy and paid amount last day and i am continue another week. But this time they take advantage payment and due to my audit programme i unable to breakfast 5 days and no stay 1 night. But i unable to check out because advance already taken by hotel.
Two days no towel on room. Very bas experience.
I am always stay in hotel different in various city but no spicy ne can take advantage payment and give proper service as per customer convenience. Here i am very dissatisfied

I am handling audit department so always changes time to time so i prefer booking in all hotel on check out time but here take advance payment on 17-23 with breakfast.
In 5 days my audit start I unable to take breakfast and change method because advance payment already paid to hotel no any customer favour decision by hotel.

arrogant staff. you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to talk to sadik manager.
even luggage from car we had to take and take to room. Non cooperative and unprofessional staff. one manager and one assistant only.

Dinner was included in my room rate but buffet selection was very poor.
Terrible WiFi. Room was dirty. Staff not really involved and supporting. will not stay again. Definately not for Europeans.

Location is very good. You get all the access from there.
The hotel service was not good. I have booked it for my father who is old age. I was expecting good service. But the hotel staff were not responsive enough. The room didn't have enough shower kit and towel.

Senior citizen friendly room was provided. This helps them to be in the room independently. Location of the hotel is good. Nearby good eateries are available.
24 hours hot water is not provided in this hotel. Property is poorly maintained. Earlier airport pickup / drop was complementary, now it is being charged.
