You guys have cheated with false claims duly processed through booking.com with room quality claimed through pic & actual provided have NO resemblance. Their breakfast is the WORST that I've come across. Infact booking.com should stand down & get 50% for your lapses and claims
Right from the room, there shabbied quality mattresses, unhygienic bathroom,.... and towels were worse

The room and toilet need more cleaning. Breakfast is not good, don't waste your money. The window will not shut.

The location of the Hotel is good. It is in the middle of the city and next to key attractions so it was really convenient.
I don't like the Room at all. It was really small, It did not look like a Hotel. Next to my room people were staying their doors were open the whole day. Extra beds were not comfortable at all.

Location was good.
Location was good but was not clean. Find dead cockroaches in the room. Not enough light in the room. Bar fridge was not working. Dirty blinds and bed sheets. Over all not enjoyed the stay.
