Mattress was poor,deep depression in one side. No cattle in room has to ask for tea, coffee which was advertise. TV was not working and they can not fix.

Rude owner, property didn't match the expectation what they have shown in pictures . Did the advance payments and after reaching the property did find everything dirty and bad . Ask for the refund for the advance payment made still did not got it . People are extremely rude .I would highly suggest not to book with them .linen ,sofa, and owners everything dirty . Even booking.com did not help us in this.

Like everything about the property as staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. As Ive stayed there 3 times now. Will definitely come back again.

Everything, But what I can say is hospitality and dedication of making your stay as comfortable by Mr Bharat is something I have not seen at any 5 stars we have seen.
Cam recommend this place without any reservations to anyone who want to have great experience and stay close to Rajkot Airport.

admin staff was very rude, there were insects on the beds and pillows. requested rooms werent available on arrival at the hotel so we had to settle for a more expensive room

This luxury boutique hotel feels you very comfortable in all aspects. Room was very clean. Staffs are very supportive and very quick. 5 Star level Amenities are there. Overall nice experience it was.

Looks like the staff were kept without AC by the property owner in May heat, also they charged me for full day for a few hours extension
