We stayed at Sheraton to attend a family function , the service was good, what we were happy about the way your reception staff Ms. Shraddha W helped us post check out . As we had checked out at bout 9.30 a.m. instead of 12noon,
Post function we were required to change our attire, Ms. Shraddha made us comfortable by extending all assistance to do so by providing a space with comfort and offered a cup of tea , for which payment was politely refused and it was informed to us that the tea was complimentary as we stayed at Sheraton.

Excellent room with comfortable beds, very good showers, nice gym for 24 hours, good breakfast, proximity to station, good choice of restaurants onsite.
Poor wifi (for the price, expect wifi to be much better esp in these times). Wifi only worked in reception area. The pool closes quite early in the evening and is much smaller than what it looks in the picture....

Breakfast spread was amazing - fresh fruits, Indian fare, international fare.
Gym was huge with lots of machines - one of the better ones I've seen
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was pretty central as well.
Furnishing and cleanliness in the room was just acceptable. Mattress was old and stained, as were the toilet mirrors. I'd also find small insects / bugs crawling on the bed and study table.

We went to stay this hotel our children and during registration Mr. Chaitanya upgraded our rooms to suit room so that the rooms became connected. Rooms were clean and staffs were polite and helpful. The playroom amenity for the kids was useful to consume rest of their energy!
For breakfast; Mediterranean tastes like different cheese options, green and black olives, avocado, salads etc. can be added for perfection.

Service by the staff is fantastic, all the requirements and requests were fullfilled immediately, staff is very attentive
Attention to minor details is the key, great presence of mind towards the needs of the guests, nice gesture and polite behaviour, preety much feels like being welcomed home.
Room had every possible need to fullfill of an individual might need, toiletries, shoes mint, dental kits, hair dryers to ironing board to laundry service
Quality of matteress to comfortable room air conditioning and large city escape views from the windows...all added fine touch to the experience
Only downside, Quality of food is substandard for the brand under which the property operates, I was expecting authentic, high quality food, but unfortunately everything Tasted under each resturant like Feast, Chingari were preety average, I bet some of the local street side restaurants have much much better quality of food and taste, food here is not upto the 5 star hotels hold. Spread of food was extensive but nothing really stood out interms of taste. This could have been easily most iconic property to stay if the food could match the great ambience and asethetics Grand Sheraton holds.

I liked the behaviour of the staff and always smiling faces towards us.
Facilities are very good as I have kids with me so they arrange extra cot and bed them.
