Disappointing
A 27,000/- INR package for 2 days didn't even include A BOTTLE OF MINERAL WATER, being charged at 60/- + tax. High time they wake up on what the service being provided to entails. Crowded breakfast tables, nudge and push of buffet vs a-la-carte for dinner and many other things could've been avoided. In short, the Guest Relations Manager, Mr Umapathy asked me to provide a fair review and i did so, let's see if there is even a call back to address such missed options. Will definitely not suggest this place, given the damage and expectations.
Food - Pushing buffets for the light eaters isn't a choice - Only later to realize there was a kids portion for my 3.5 year old. No mineral water, beat that - please drink RO water, no buggy, shuttle service, no umbrella's at the beach, overcrowded pools, restaurant and outdoor setting with birds afloat on food. Lastly, staying at the Granite Room # 1, close proximity to beach and pool, only to walk almost a kilometer routinely for a bite.... with a 3.5 year old. Please buck up or be left behind.

The arrangements and accommodations were wonderful. Specifically relationship manager Umapathy was very accommodatin to our requests and responses were positive always.We infact extended pur stay purely because of hospitality ..friendly and well behaved staff...best place for anyone who wants to disconnect from the busy city life and unwind with nature...

Hopless resorts i suggest not to book this haunted resorts dangerous lots of insects, reptiles, centipedes,mosquitoes and more in all rooms in dining area also waste of money your will get frustrated seeing all this we didn't sleep whole night my kids were frightened request please don't book

Welcomed with a warm smile ... Staffs were very polite and did not make you feel uncomfort through out the stay. Very Quiet environment , better place to disconnect from the city .
Food Choices are very less in the menu. No Main-course, specially if you like south indian food. Cost of the food is bit expensive.

Nothing to like there but i will share 2 Positive - 1) Sea beach is not too bad, 2) Pool is clean and good
Negative- 1) I got my room ready at 3:15 pm except for 2 pm (they mentioned check-in and room will be available at 2 pm in their brochure) so my entire family was seated outside of reception in the sunlight and waiting for a room. The desk reply was only a sorry with a smile. 2) So much messy plants, no decoration, and everything near to cottage was messy. look like a forest. they should be properly set up. 3) Cottages are full of mosquitoes and insects. 4) Worst restaurant service. charges are high but the facility is zero. 5) No road lights or roadside indicators are available so it looks like bhool-bhulaiya. 6) No landlines are available in rooms so if the network is not working on your phone or your phone is not working then you will not be able to connect... to reception, restaurant, or housekeeping. 7) first resort I stayed with more than 30 times had power cuts and they do not have any kind of power backup. The answer from their side is Sorry we don't have. 8) They do not use room fragrances. we are stayed in bamboo houses so you can imagine if no room fragrances then what you will get in rainy season .... uncontrolled bamboo smells. 9) Road side dogs are moving around cottage and entire property and not looked safe 10) Towels and hankies are full with smell of fish.

In my room, one bulb of the bedside lamp was out of order
Bathroom sink and bathtub are leaking with lots of dents and scratches on them
The taste of decoration in the overall room and bathroom is horrible
My friend who had a room near mine found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom although the outside access was closed
At check out time, no one picked up my luggage in the room, quite far from the reception. No one at the reception actually to hand out the keys.
