Spacious. Room was clean, hallways and common areas less so.
They charged me twice, by cash at check-in, then later by credit card which I had given to guarantee the reservation. Neither the lodge nor Booking.com have responded to my request to refund the double charge.

Very Poor
Very Bad experience while we checked in. The day started with a bad note. Hence nothing good to tell.
Only two rooms were given though we had booked for three (Booking.com had confirmed booking of three Rooms). Attitude of Receptionist / Manager was not at all good. They Never bothered to inform me well in advance about non availability of Rooms. Though I had called up the hotel staff at around 1p.m. to inform my arrival details, the staff (manager) never informed me about the non availability of the room.. Rather he confirmed that rooms will be given on our arrival. We were told to adjust in two rooms (hilarious....Least one can expect in the hospitality industry and when someone pays in advance). When I insisted for a third room, i was told by the manager that room is not available and he told me to cancel the booking (Disgusting!!! Least one can expect when one is on a trip to relax). AND GREAT BOOKING.COM. The phone number provided in the confirmation mail never got connected (the phone was rather switched off)... The web site of Booking.com is so user friendly that it does not have its customer care number....(Unprofessional to the core!!!)AC of one room was not working properly.... Room (Deluxe!!! No. 301) was full of mosquitoes.... Result---A sleepless night. Over all a pathetic experience i had had with RAMANA RESIDENCY as well as BOOKING.COM WISH NOT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH BOTH THE AGENCIES IN FUTURE...

Nice location easy access to whole town and quite place not much traffic
Bed soft pillows was good AC worked well
Not many English TV channel no film channel on arriving but 1 was put on .
Breakfast got better after a word was had.
