The hotel.was Neat and clean and comfortable located in a good place
But absence of a restaurent took away all the fun .there was not dental kit or shaving kit available in the room service . The AC was not up to standards and the TV was a desk top monitor . For what we pay online we have other options with good amenties

Location is awesome
AC is not working , the staff told it will( AC compressor )work in 5 minutes, but it never worked. The room is are clean upto 7 feet height, beyond its dusty , same in bathroom door. While checking out, I inform the front office , about the above issue.

no proper reception staffs,, morning one staff will tell one thing n later the next staff will come n tell that this is not their hotel policy.. u have to beg for towel, soap, bed cover and pillows they will clean the room but only arranging the beds remaining floors and bathrooms we have to clean such a worst experience their only aim is to collect the money

Room service is very poor.Comode is very is uncomfortable.Nobody care for guests.Hotel take in advance so that guests could not leave.
Wash room is very dirty . Comode should be changed.Bucket and mug is also dirty.On request they could not change.

Totally worst experience
I was forced to pay 60% as advanced though the site where the site says pay at hotel
2. The room was totally messy, no additional pillows were available
3. We asked the door mat in front of the bathroom but it was given so late
4. Plates given were extremely dirty
5. A water bottle extra wasn't available
6. The AC remote isn't working at all
7. The switches were not working, I needed to press the button for a long-time to get it to turn on
8. The commade was a baby one. It is meant for kids
9. Totally a worst experience.

The Room was specious and clean
The tv is too small and had no remotes we booked for 2 persons but soaps and toiletries was provided for only 1 person. AC was Old one won't work properly somehow it managed to keep an good temperature. Check in should be let in on time otherwise the hotel is awesome for stay and very decent
