The location and the staff were nice, but that was basically it.
I had to wait 30+ min to get a room since the keys were lost. I sat on 2 chairs in the room and both of them broke and i barely avoided a big injury. There was no jet, no tissues, nothing in the bathroom and also the rooms don't get a wifi signal. The staff were nice when i complained though and also upgraded me to an AC room. The room was okay but still no jet in the toilet and no wifi signal. Also, the sockets in the AC room does not work so had to use the power bank.

The best part about this place was the hospitality of Fabian, Surender, Benovah and Murugan. They helped me and my family with moving around Pondicherry. It would be right to say that without them, the stay would be disappointing. They made up for a few shortcomings of the hotel by going out of their way and accommodating us. ThisHotel needs an upgrade. Hotel is in a central location and provides easy access to all the nearby places.
Unfortunately, the upkeep of the rooms is not great and it needs some investment. I was appalled by the first room (poor hygeine) and after requesting the staff got a better room.

It was a horrible experience.
Everything was bad
Room, bathroom was very unhygienic
Showers were not working
Bedsheets were having holes and untidy
Staff was harrassing for room rent as soon as we got to hotel. They accept only cash and want complete money for whole trip before giving room.
No towels, soaps or anything provided.
Staff was fighting with us for onw soap and was drunk .
Please stay away.

Staff was helpfull but fight with a rotten Building.
Rotten rooms, the worst we have seen in the last 40 years of travelling. After 3 room changes room 112 was kind of acceptable.

I was cheated with a single cot and broken cot with unclean bathroom totally waste of my 2800. I was brutally cheated and no balcony , no tv, non working Air Conditioner. Please send me refund.

The manager and the staff did all the could for us - they were having a hard time...with the unbilivable owner
Do not stay here! It is the worse place we been at uring are travel in India: the bathroom is just a disaster, missing pipes, missing knobs, hole in the wall - we can go on for ever. The bedroom: electric wites hanging loose broken, curtains falling down, windows - we don't know what to say about that....it is all over a disaster! It should just not be at Booking at all!
