House is spacious. Good furniture
Locality is not good. Very very tiny streets with open drains filled with filth. Owner needs to make some basic improvements and he has taken our suggestions well.

We stayed at this villa for a day, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality provided by Jose and his team was outstanding – they made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The ambience of the villa exudes charm, with a design reminiscent of a classic French house, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and attention to detail, this villa is highly recommended!
The only minor drawback was the location, as the streets leading to the villa were quite narrow. However, this was easily overlooked by the wonderful hospitality and overall experience.

The propreiter mr. Jose paul and his staff are very caring & supportive, ready to help you @ anytime, very good for families, bachelor's group etc. no restrictions like other places, if your group enjoys cooking and partying this is the right place. you can believe the details and the 4 or 5 star ratings given in the reviews...
quality of water for bathing is very hard but for drinking they provide RO water purifier,..one bathroom didnt have geyser..
