The breakfast was okay.
Despite requesting to drop off the extra bed in the room, we had to wait till 11.00 pm for the extra bed. Room service was not good.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, the location is good and property well Known to the locals Though we booked online for 3 guests per room we were told the third person had to be charged extra when we checked in
The hallway and the passages didnt seem to be ventilated enough and had a feeling of dampness and Lack of fresh air The Airconditioning was not functioning properly and we hand to change rooms in between due to leakage from Ac, the bathroom fittings were corroded

The stay was amazing, hospitality is good . The veg restaurant in the hotel is bad . We got a cockroach in our food. The other two restaurants and the complimentary buffet breakfast were amazing. The room was exceptionally good. Very clean and hospitality is very good .

Not upto the standards anymore. very bad customer service. Front desk was rude, impolite and not at all helpful.
No fridge, hairdryer, not even a power junction in the bathroom for hairdryer, one footrest missing in the bed, room is very beaten up, cockroaches and floor is wet all the time. charged 9600 INR FOR 2 nights for a place like this. unacceptable.
