The location, house structure, space, environment and vibe of the property is wonderful.
Road towards the property could be improved. The garden is really beautiful but if it could be covered (waterproof sunshade movable roof) so that people can enjoy the rain would be wonderful. Also, the gazebo outside is cute, however it was wet and we couldn’t sit and spend time there so if that too can be improved then it too can enjoyed by guests.

The view, the food.
Specially the food..delicious and hygienic. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I specially loved the north indian food.
Nothing worth mentioning, just the last piece of road to villa is bad, but thats alright

We booked through booking.com.. when we asked to pay the advance , people from Hill Staytion called and said that the villa was not available and they were willing to give us an alternate in Mahabaleshwar.
We wanted to go to Panchghani but they kept trying to sell us Mahabaleshwar. We said we wanted Panchghani or nothing.
Then they kept insisting that we should cancel the booking. We refused saying that we didn’t want to cancel . They can’t offer us the place, they should cancel. Then they kept calling and sending messages constantly.
Terrible experience!!

This villa super fancy and looks amazing, both inside and out. The rooms are big and comfy, and the pool is with infinity view. It was an amazing stay with my family. Hassle free booking. The villa is amazing me and my family enjoyed a lot in the pool the host is very co- operative. Healthy Home cooked food. Clean property.
We arrived at the property late and had to check out at the check out timing only. Yes the host allowed us few extra hours but felt like could stay longer.
