1. Location facing the valley 2. Good restaurant and food 3. Humble staff
1. Covid-19 hygiene rules not followed . Staff allows guests to roam about without masks . No strict enforcement. 2. Poor Wifi and does not work and complicated 3. Loud noise and nuisance from next door guests from 11pm to 12.30 am was not controlled 4. Too expensive for a very standard hotel . 5. Garden seats very removed in the evening .

The neat n clean environment n room service has bcom quick since we last came... also food is served quickly. View was bful.
although they said they serve bfast till 10.30...at 10.15 there was no tea at the buffet n also many things were over...toaster was not working both the days .

The rooms do not have tissue papers, the glasses in the room were not properly cleaned. The room service was wasnt upto the mark. Firstly they are untrained and secondly you have to particularly mention the requirements multiple times.
