Absolutely nothing apart from the location, the staff were very rude
In a room which hardly fits for two people, they were asking us to accommodate 4 of us, on requesting for another room or upgrading to a better room they gave us a bed which fits outside the room in the corridor area. Absolutely disaster experience. They also created a lot of problems during the checkout as they were not willing to cancel our booking due to such inconvenience and asked us to pay for three days.

Amazing location with scenic panorama of rolling hills and villages at the valley bottom. Satish & his hospitality team kept the Palate more than satisfied with lovely food and Service.

Room are very small is not worth for cost what you are paying to resort, room number 118 is very bad there is smell come from bathroom and not clean. view from room is ok.. but not worth for cost what they charging so

Behaviour of Staff and unethical practices The staff marked as no show where as we went and stay there, later the food service was too bad served food after 3 hours of order. Rude staff and irresponsible owner.

Nice food, good taste, nice behaviour of staff.
In booking.com it says book now and pay later, but in actual after booking the hotel called for 30% to keep the confirm booking which I felt is not a good practice or Ethical as per the business terms. I have no issues to pay advance if it is charged in booking.com as well. My concern is the process, in case I have to cancel the booking who will guarantee about the refund? Because as per booking.com no advance need to pay but i paid by gpay directly to the property owner.
