am very disappointed with my stay here. The room was not clean, and the bathroom water was not draining properly. The fan was also not working, which made the stay uncomfortable.
There were no staff available to assist, and no proper service was provided. This place felt more like a low-quality lodge rather than a proper stay

The view outside the property is the only thing that was good.
From the beginning nothing is what it looks like, the building itself looks creepy. Once the payment is done which is compulsory you can't cancel coz it won't be refunded. I did a last minute booking so in 2hrs time I had reached the hotel nd payment was made. Once I did the payment their rules nd regulations was informed by the lady receptionist who is pathetic in communicating and understanding. Just after payment she started mentioning this,
You are not allowed to bring food from outside, even if you bring food they won't give plates nd cutleries. They have a hotel nd food from there is only allowed. As I had already ordered food she said she will make an exception once.
Next, she gave me an option to see the room. It not as we see, it's like there is a common area with no door and the rooms was inside this area , that's 3-4 rooms in one big room. NOT secured at all. The curtains are old and not clean. Toilets are kind of ok with a 20L heater which you have to switch on 30min before. It was the ground floor we took of the other one which they said available. It's glass on both sides which is a passage too. People walk around this coz of the garden. Thats like they can lean to the window for taking picture ?. Felt like a room for all.
Next thing , had a pet(pup) with me which was allowed with additional charges and mentioned while booking online. As the payment was not getting credited coz of the server issue (as the lady at the reception said ) the card payment was not getting through. Which made me wait for sometime , not an issue as it can occur anywhere, I did online banking. In the mean time , the room boy went to take the luggage he saw the pup too, coz he is the one who suggested the ground floor whileshowing the room, coz of the pup. So when I came back to the reception she said the payment is not happening and I did the paymet by other option.

Velley view from.room and outside resort was excellent, this is the best stay i experienced so far in ooty.
Service should have been better, there is no proper cleaning. With the limited staff we cannot expect fast service but it should be better when your resort in such beautiful location.

They are showing good photos of room in booking.com and when we are visiting the hotel, they are giving low class room that is entirely different than what they showed. Their attitude towards customer is very rude also.
