From Bangaloru We're 4, arrived at 10.30 night & while checking in we request for one day stay as an emergency we have to leave next morning but the owner or manager Mr.Shreekanth forcefully made us to transfer money Rs.29,205.00 includes GST for 2days instead of one night stay otherwise he's not allowing for stay & refused our multiple requests in roud manner made us to wait more than one hour. After this till now they are not giving us the Tax invoice for our multiple request over WhatsApp & not answering our phone call.. Overall it was a very bad experience & l lost money & 100% it's not recommendable to any one

I had booked 2 Rooms with 2 bedroom to accommodate 8 member of my family. I was given location & image to reach the resort. They had constantly followed to know when i was reaching.
I reached the resort in the evening which was 5-6 hours post actual check in time and i had informed them about late arrival. Post reaching I was told my room is not ready and was asked if i had booked the room in right resort. Post that i was told the room booked for me was down a steep slope. I have a disability plus with Family kids & my mom who is 70+ would not be able go down. Then i was given a accommodation for 1 room after waiting for 2 hours. 2nd room was not given. I had ask. They were not able accommodate 2nd room with 2 bedroom. So they gave me 2 rooms which accommodated 2 people in each room. Which meant i had to split up the family. which made no sense and when i said we will manage in the 2 bedroom one they asked for extra charge for additional person. I used only 1 room and paid for 2 rooms. What is worst is they are blaming me for it.

Everything, The rooms were not clean, the receptionist mentioned that the suite is equipped with private sit out but he claimed the living room as a private sit out, and add on to it both rooms have TV with tata sky set-box but none of the channels were subscribed. Except for the view point nothing looks good overall we had a bad experience

Only the view was good. But it is located a bit outside
Room was not clean and it looks like a old property without care. Not a good hotel for a stay even if you are looking for a decent place.
