ROOMS ARE NO CLENNEASS SWITCH , HEATER , TV AND PLUGS ARE NOT WORKING THE STAFF DOENT GIVE AMY SERVICE WHEN WE CALL GIVE IF NOT WORKING THER NOT READY TO DO SLOVE THE PROBLEM JUST THEY TELL WE WILL COME BUT NOTHING HAPPENS . THEIR IS NO TELEPHONE OR INTERCOM FACILITY FOR EVERTHING WE HAVE TO REACH TO RECPECTION MOST OF THE TIME THEY WONT BE ANY PERSON IN THE DESK . CAB FACILTY AVILABLE THEIR BUT THE COST IS DOBULE WHAT WE GET FROM THE OTHER CAB SERVICE PLACE IS 3 KM AWAY FROM THE CITY PLACE NO FACILITY OF TRANSPORT WE HAVE TO TAKE ONLY A LOCAL AUTO WHICH WE COST EXTRA BETTER TO HAVE OWN TRANSPORT. THEY ARE ONLY MONEY MINDED FOR CHK IN THE GIVE LATE IN THE EVEING ONLY AND CHK OUT IF YOU LATE FOR 10 MNTS ALSO THEY CAHRGE THEY ARE ONLY MONEY MINDED IF DONT LIKE SERVICE THEY NOT READY GIVE ANY REFUND . COFFEE HEATER IS NOT WORKING THEIR IS NO SUAGAR PACKETS AFTER REQUESTING ALSO THEY DONT COME GIVE FOR 2 DAYS . THEY HAVE OWN RESTURANT THE FOOOD IS NOT GOOD OR TASTE MORE THEN THAT THEIR ARE NOT CLEAN PLACE TO SIT NOT WORTH WHAT WE PAY WHAT WE GET . THER IS NO FOOD ALLOWED IN ROOM SERVICE BUILDING IS TOO OLD I SUGGEST NOT GOOD PLACE STAY OR SUGGEST PEOPLE TO STAY THEIR. ONE WORD TO TELL NOT TO STAY .

Nothing, in the hospitality setting hygiene should be a top priority and sadly severely lacking
Unfortunately our experience fell far below expectations (pictures shown on booking.in). The basic cleanliness in rooms were not there, it was dusty. Bathroom were not properly maintained and there were no hot water. The linens did not appear fresh. Food and service was another letdown. Serious attention needs to be given to housekeeping standards

The view from the property is very good. You can see the whole Ooty town. The breakfast buffet was good (not included in the price, need to pay additional).
The good and neat rooms they are giving only to couples only, even though it was vacant. I went with my cousin and we got a basic room and the charges were high also. And our window doors locks were broken and it was tied with steel wire. Bedsheets were having stain.

Since the property is located away from the city, the location is beautiful with the city view. Property shares the same view as Sterling Hotel located nearby.
Other than the location, property doesn't have good amenities. The rooms are not well maintained. Service is very slow. Property seemed to be understaffed for a peak season. Overall experience was okaish. Too expensive , especially during peak seasons or long weekends.
