Rooms are not shown as in the image. The rooms are dirty , leaking and the bathroom is smelling and not clean. Bed spread are not washed properly and on the bedspread fungus is there. Not advisable to stay for the money you pay. After seeing the room I asked for a refund but the manager didn't agree with that. If you want to spoil your holiday please go to this property

Rooms spacious enough. Not too far from town centre and lake. That's all about it.
You will definitely be doomed if you go in off season, just like we did. Restaurant is 'in renovation' (their version) in spite of me confirming with the reception guy 5 days before my arrival.. Had to order via Zomato for the 13 of us both dinner and breakfast. To add to the misery, there were no cutleries other than the glasses for tea and water, even in our three bedroom cottage with a kitchenette. No.water in the bathroom when we all woke up. And it took one and a half hours to get it right, while finally delivering muddy water for bathroom. Arranging wood for the internal fireplace was done with multitude of calls. Wouldn't ever venture into this property again

Rooms were spacious
To start with the property did not have any facilities for food, no kitchen whatsoever. Rooms are damp and I even saw mouldy walls and dirty curtains. The power keeps going and the whole property is thrown into darkness in the middle of nowhere is that even safe??? No fencing around the property so we can literally see villages and busy road outside the window anyone can just walk in. We have to inform them apparently when we want to shower so they can turn on the generator which will make the geyser work. Taps have a thin line of water coming. It would have been a good place to be at but the management is terrible and we didn't see the owner or manager just a few boys trying to run the place. And not to forget we were told to swiggy all our food if we needed anything even morning coffee or tea. First they said no kitchen then they were like ohh our chef has left cos of emergency. And the cost is actually more than some of the other really decent places with facilities around ooty. It was a last min booking for us so we had no choice when we arrived We only paid for one night and just left the next morning to move to a better place.

The stay was average.Wifi service has incorrectly been advertised, its only available at reception area. Kitchen is specious but has absolutely no utensils but its been advertised that it comes with a full set of utensils.No room cleaning took place in our 3 days of stay.Rhe location is fine,the view is good but that is all they have.

The helping staff. Anish and other 2 guys, cook. They were all humble and ready to help.
Cleanliness, bathroom tiles, pot needs to be changed. Room needs lights, with ratings and cloudy weather, yellow light with no sun rays coming in makes it look old and dingy. Only delux room is shown in pic that has front small lawn to sit and have tea, standard rooms nothing. Besides you have to climb up and down. The property is far from the city place so you will need your own vehicle, entrance to property is difficult to drive. It is in outskirts of Ooty, road that goes towards Mysore so one can go for other property . Also very limited food option. Room cleanliness is also poor. Please change the lamp. Location is quiet, but one will prefer such property when you meet most of the needs of guest. Not when the linen bathroom looks so old. Large rooms and kitchen lot of storage space, i don't see the need of so much of storage. So may be the whole property needs a smart renovation and then it can cost like 4.5 k for one night.
