Wonderful
Beautiful location with nice trails around (better than on pictures!). We could observe plenty of wildlife (birds, gaurs, etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is good
Location of the property is good that is the plus & rest all go downhill, - They claim 24 hr front desk but there was no one, they say that there is no WIFI but they don't tell you that there is no network for your cellphone either, you come to know only once u reach there. There was one cook at the property no one else, other than cooking this guy was responsible for reception, finance, customer care, house keeping etc etc. He has all the work but no authority to take any call on any ask or issue. They do not serve alcohol, do not have soft drinks in their restaurant which is OK if they inform clearly on booking.com, they have not. I was told that the manager is on leave which sounded a lame excuse to me & I had to speak to the receptionist/reservation exec based in a different city - Hyderabad - with no hospitality bone & with I care a damn attitude. No intercom in the room, so if you need anything or worst if you need something in the night, you have to walk uphill to their main kitchen area & look for someone to help, if you are lucky.

I loved everything about the place, it's tucked away into a culdesac with a todiefor view... Absolutely stunning approach to the property and the place is managed by a very knowledgeable Mr Sam and his wife who manages the kitchen etc. The support staff Kumar and another girl Lovely place, I will be visiting them again in the future For a longer stay

Location was good. Hospitality was good.
The hous we stayed in is it good for old people, we need to walk a distance through uneven terrain. People who like trekking it may be good.
The rooms need to be cleaner.
There was no TV in the house we stayed, though it was avaliable in other houses there.

the main plus point of this property is its location. with the waterfalls and different animals , it’s a beautiful property where you can totally cut off from your work. views from the property are breath taking. the food there is home made and the chef Gokul makes any other item on request.
very less lights and absolutely no signal. only Jio and Vodaphone users have slight signals. if you have any other then it’s very difficult to contact the staff. since there is no telephone in the room , it’s quite difficult to contact someone incase of any emergency. luckily we had a Vodaphone sim.
